Matrix Carbon parts are manufactured from composite pre-preg carbon fibre fabric in a 3k twill weave. This material is vacuum bagged and autoclave cured. The process results in a part which has little excess resin and good internal and external finishes.

The resulting parts are lightweight with good resistance to fatigue, environmental effects and corrosion.

Trimmed carbon parts are then passed through an automated clean room lacquering process. At this stage either a clear gloss or matte top coat lacquer is applied, which enhances the U.V. stability of the finished product.

The result is a very high quality part which is lightweight and aesthetically pleasing, designed and manufactured with care to enhance your machine.
