1. Matrix Carbon complies with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998 when dealing with all data received from visitors to our websites.

2. We only hold the data necessary to offer services provided on our websites.

3. We only hold personal data for as long as necessary. Once data is no longer needed it is deleted from our files.

4. For administrative reasons email subscription data may be passed to and stored securely with third party service providers located outside the EEA (European Economic Area).

5. We may email website news and information updates to those customers who have specifically subscribed to our email service. All subscription emails sent by us contain clear information on how to unsubscribe from our email service.

6. We never sell or exchange mailing lists.

7. In accordance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 we never send bulk unsolicited emails (popularly known as Spam) to email addresses.

8. We may send emails to existing customers or prospective customers who have enquired or registered with us regarding products or services directly provided by us.

Please note that these cookies do not contain information that could be used to identify individual visitors or customers purchasing from our website. Please note that you are free to refuse cookies. Liability

No Liability whatsoever can be taken for any damage or injury caused that has resulted from a component sold by us being fitted or supplied. If you are unsure on how an item fits then please do not try to fit it instead contact a qualified motor vehicle technician to fit it for you. If there is an issue with the fitment of an item or a fault with an item thereafter, then simply return it to us for a full refund. Additionally we are more than happy to offer help and advice should you need it, via our contact information.

Warranty

All items are sold 'as seen' and are NOT offered with any form of warranty whatsoever. If however you have an issue we will be more than happy to discuss the matter with you to try to resolve the matter amicably.

Payment

We require 100% payment for the whole price of the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once accepted your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between you and Matrix Carbon. Acceptance of this contract will occur upon clearance of your payment with us. We reserve the right to refund any payment and cancel the contract should an item be deemed unfit for sale or out of stock.

Delivery

We will dispatch the goods ordered by you as soon as is reasonably practical to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. If an item is delayed through the postal service, for whatever reason, then we cannot be held responsible. All items purchased through this website will be posted out using either Royal Mail 48hr tracked or Parcelforce 48hr service.

OUR COMMUNICATIONS TO YOU

You agree that Matrix Carbon may send electronic mail to you for the purpose of advising you of changes or additions to this Site, about any Matrix Carbon products or services, or for such other purpose(s) as deemed appropriate.We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and type of weave of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will be accurate. At various times and without explanation, the use of external suppliers may change especially with the introduction of new technologies that may alter and affect the type and design of the weave.

RETURNS

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If any damage has occurred please take photographs of both the product and packaging and email them to sales@matrixcarbon.co.uk together with your information.If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we agree to refund you in full upon receipt of the returned item or replace it within a period of 14 days by prior agreement. Postage costs may also be refunded once a case is reviewed. 

Our contract

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods you order before your order can be accepted. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between you and Matrix Carbon. Acceptance of this contract shall occur upon clearance of your payment with us. We reserve the right to refund any payment and cancel the contract should an item not be in stock or be deemed unfit for sale.

Availability

While we endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you we will not be obliged to offer you compensation for any disappointment suffered.
